Bereavement and Support Group
Grief may be caused by the death of a loved one, but it equally may be caused by the ending of a living relationship. Either way, our Bereavement and Support Group exists to support those of us who are in the process of grieving. The group meet once monthly, presently on a Saturday morning (check diary below for future dates).

Poetry and Prose for Pleasure Group
This group meets once monthly, presently on Saturday afternoons,to read and listen to poetry and prose. We usually choose a theme each month and attenders are asked to bring along two poems on the theme to share with the group. Sometimes people share poems or prose that they have written themselves. Mindfulness is gently bringing our attention to the present moment, invoking our inherent capacity for healing and renewal. It is the basis for transforming ourselves and creating greater harmony in our lives and in society.

Our auditorium offers excellent acoustics, an intimate performance space, and use of our 190cm Weinbach grand piano.

t Mark's Unitarian Church at Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, has been our meeting place for almost two hundred years. We also meet via Zoom and you can connect with us through social media (Facebook and Instagram).
